Deaconess

Deaconesses serve the church in many ways. Their duties include:


  1. Assistance at baptism to ensure that female candidates are cared for both before and after the ceremony.
  2. Making arrangements for the Communion Service by assisting in the Ordinances of foot washing and arranging everything for the service.
  3. Caring for the sick and the poor.
